Acer Announces Aspire One 532G with ION 2 and Intel Pine Trail

Acer has officially announced the forthcoming launch of its latest Aspire One model with Intel’s newest Atom processor line (Pine Trail) and Nvidia’s new ION 2 integrated graphics solution based on the Optimus dynamic graphics switching technology.
The Aspire One 532G will launch in March with the ION 2 graphics solution. Speculation abounds that the yet to be released GeForce G310 will be the discrete GPU built into this model of Aspire One.
Technical specifications consist of a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, Intel GMA 3150 GPU integrated graphics for less intensive display tasks, 2GB of RAM, 10.1 inch widescreen display, HDMI output and a 320GB hard drive running Windows 7 Home Premium.
