Brando Stars With New Touchpad Keyboard

Finally a keyboard that does anything, or just about. The new Brando USB 2.4GHz RF Entertainment Slim Keyboard with Smart TouchPad, basically says it all.

Aside from the standard 87 keys or so, it has 18 extra hotkeys and its best feature, a multi touch touch pad that doubles as a numerical pad. Multi Touch screens in general are an up and coming device in the computing world. The Brando keyboard gives it a very solid introduction. Once a user is proficient in using the touchpad, he can use it to simulate a mouse by scrolling, clicking (both right and left, and middle if want to feel special).

In addition, finger motions with both two and three fingers can do way more with its zooming, rotating, switching windows and other features. Users can also program their own custom settings and functions in the drivers. Add in the fact that it is wireless with a range of 10 meters, and we have a winner…at least for now.

The next generation of keyboards all are looking to have some sort of LCD screen or touchpad kind of add on that amplifies a keyboards abilities many times. For now, the Brando Keyboard is one of the first of its kind and comes with a price tag of only $69.
