Adobe has formally rolled out the final version of Flash 10.1 for Windows, with Mac OS X and Linux versions due out in a later timeframe.  Major changes to 10.1 center on improved video functionality including video decoding, caching, streaming and memory management along with GPU acceleration on supported chipsets.
